Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Zana CRM ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Zana CRM is a lead and listing management platform designed for Kenyan real estate agents. Features include a lead pipeline, listings management, reminders, analytics, and a public agent profile page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or practising real estate professional to use Zana CRM. By signing up you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Zana CRM is offered on a monthly subscription basis, priced in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Your first month is free. After the trial period, a monthly fee of KES 1,500 applies.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the period ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Store fraudulent or fabricated client data
  • Attempt to access another agent's data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Zana CRM — your leads, listings, and client information remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Public Agent Profile

By enabling your public agent profile, you consent to that profile being accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for ensuring that any listings or information displayed on your profile are accurate and comply with applicable laws.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zana CRM is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost commissions, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
